Our structured overnight house sitting service offers comprehensive care from 6 pm to 9 am, ensuring your home and pets are well-attended overnight. This service includes pet feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and general supervision. Ideal for those needing reliable overnight care while they’re away on their travels. Pricing starts at $100 per night weekdays (Monday to Thursday), or $120 per night on weekends (Friday to Sunday) includes up to 2 pets. Additional pets will incur a $10 charge per pet. This service is perfect for travelers or busy professional needing dependable overnight pet & home care. Ideal for pets that can go without a potty break for longer than 6 hours and pets that prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home rather than an overwhelming commercial kennel setting. If additional midday visits are required, we offer them at a 15% discount off the regular rate for time slots of 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. For instance, if you leave in the morning and need a midday check-in, or if you return late and require a check-in around midday and evening, you can add these visits to your service at the discounted rate, with the cost added to your final invoice. Please note that our standard house-sitting service does not cover 24-hour care as we also serve other clients during the day. For extended daytime care, consider our comprehensive Flexible Check-in/Out (The Ultimate) Overnight House Sitting service, available starting at $160 per night for up to 2 pets, with no additional weekend or after-hours fees. A holiday fee of $20 per night applies during holiday periods. Keys: The initial key pick-up takes place during the client meeting and is free of charge. We are also happy to pick up and drop off your keys every time. There is a $15 trip charge for those to compensate sitters for gas and travel time.
